They do not. We have a Design Team that will touch up the logo you want to make the appropriate size, color coordinate, etc.

If you have a specific thread PMS color you are trying to match please include it in your notes when you contact Pukka or your Sales Rep. Otherwise our in-house Design Team will match the thread color of your logos/text to the color of your hat!

Not at this time. You can save the color way you built and then start over to create a new one!

Absolutely! Our Knit Customizer is a 3D model so simply take your mouse (or finger if using a touchscreen) and turn the knit 360 degrees!

If you have a local sales rep please reach out to them directly with your PDF file to get an official order started. If you do not already have a sales rep, please send your PDF to knitcustomizer@pukkainc.com and a Pukka Representative will contact you.

No, it is not required that you fill in the contact fields. However, Pukka would appreciate the information for reference and tracking if possible.

We have two options on a desktop platform. Either use your mouse by hovering over the cold weather knit with the cursor, click your mouse and move the knit 360-degrees in any direction. We have also added automated buttons on the right hand side of the screen to either zoom (move the slide bar up and down) or rotate (move up, down, left or right by simply clicking on the button in the direction you desire).

Yes! After our latest update, you can now add additional knits to your design session by either clicking on the "+" in the top tool bar or click ADD A KNIT during the 9th step.

Once clicked on, an exact copy of your knit (at any particular point) will be created allowing you to create additional colorways, add different custom add-ons or create an entirely new look.

To do so, click on the trash can icon in the top tool bar next the particular knit design you wish to delete.

Pukka’s Knit Customizer will only build one color at a time and we do not have the ability to save your unique look at this time. Please be sure to click SAVE and then save the PDF in a location on your local device so you know where to find it!
